No investor protection. This document does not comply with or be bound by any laws or regulations that are designed to protect investors in jurisdictions.
The price and liquidity of GOX tokens. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, to the extent permitted, any change in the value of GOX tokens, the purchase of GOX tokens, the company does not assume any responsibility, and therefore will not be refunded and/or canceled; the company can not guarantee at ICO Afterwards GOX tokens may be sold or transferred. Investors hereby expressly agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company shall not be liable for any loss (including business loss, profits or income, data loss or damage).
ICO website reliability. The company reserves the right, at its discretion, to adjust or temporarily or permanently suspend or remove the ICO website, and/or prohibits access to the ICO website. The company does not warrant or represent that any information on the ICO website is accurate or reliable, or that ICO's website is free from errors or viruses. The company does not provide ICO website services to all countries, any time, and/or all geographic locations. In the event of any damage or loss or any other effect, the company does not assume any responsibility.
IT system security. Transmission of data or information over the Internet or other publicly accessible networks (including communications via e-mail) is not 100% secure and may suffer loss, interception or alteration during transmission. Therefore, the company does not assume any responsibility, including but not limited to any individual (including investors) because of personal Internet or other publicly accessible network (including but not limited to the website ICO or e-mail with the company).
Taxation. The Investor agrees to be solely responsible for any applicable tax on GOX tokens purchased during the ICO.
Limited GOX token rights. In addition to the White Paper, tokens do not confer ownership or obligations or contracts, express or implied; in particular, the owners of GOX Tokens do not have any influence on the expansion or governance of the company.
The legal behavior of investors. The company will not be liable if the investor visits and/or uses the ICO's website or participates in the ICO for any illegal purpose or violates any applicable laws in any jurisdiction.
There is no guarantee of commercial success. Investors confirm and agree that the results of the company's development plans outlined in the White Paper may not be implemented in a timely or complete manner, and GOX tokens may not provide investors with the expected returns.
Less than the minimum purchase amount. When you pay less than the minimum purchase amount, we will return the amount you paid.
There is no intermediary. The investor confirms here that he/she only acts on his own behalf and does not represent any other individual agent, representative or other representative.
If the applicable law does not allow all or any part of the foregoing limitation of liability to apply to investors, the restriction will apply to investors within the scope permitted by applicable law.
